Utilize the Largest Room
Most vacation rental homes have large open floor plans with a dining/living room combo that flows nicely into the kitchen area. For your festive gathering, consider rearranging and utilizing those large open spaces to fit extra tables and seating. Move sofas back to the walls and take coffee tables to other rooms will create more space than you originally thought. Rent tables and chairs from us to fill that space and you’ve created extra seating with plenty of spacing for your guests. Create a “Buffet Style” Food Service

If your holiday gathering is simply too large to maintain proper social distancing in the home, consider taking the meal outside. Our rental frame tent has the option of sidewalls (side curtains) to protect your gathering from the elements. Our rental frame tents are perfect for your outdoor space and comes in a variety of sizes: 15×15, 20×20 or 20×60. Installation and removal of the frame tent is included with your rental. Keep the party going after the sun sets and consider a lighting scheme for the tent to elevate the experience.
