“I am so thankful that my wonderful neighbor recommended Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals to me. I was planning to contract with another company, but she explained that you have everything covered, not just tableware.

The best two-or maybe three- were the colored tablecloths and sashes for the cocktail tables and the #1 best item was the sound system.

My eldest son used the amp at the outdoor site to plug in his guitar and the celebrant used the mic. Later all the “party” music was plugged into the system with a son’s notebook.

Everything worked out beautifully. Also tell Joe that the set up and take down were flawless.

“Gosh, where do I begin & how do I show our appreciation for everything you did for our outdoor wedding on May 19, 2006!!?? You were professional, pleasant, friendly, and most accommodating to our needs. I have to admit that in the beginning I was concerned about a tent taking away from Mother Nature’s natural beauty, but opted to have it anyway to provide shade & shelter in the open backyard. Both the tent and chairs were so clean & stark white that it only added to the scenery and made the outside colors more vivid, the sky was more blue & the grass & trees greener. The day of the wedding was very windy and we were stressing because the table cloths kept blowing up on the tables and we didn’t know how we were going to keep the sternos lit to keep the food warm. We called you just a few hours prior to the wedding to ask for help. You were understanding and immediately brought us a tent wall to block the wind. I cant tell you what a difference it made, absolutely no wind under the tent at all & no more worries!

You made my dreams of dancing under the stars at my wedding come true! The dance floor that you laid down came out beautiful. We put white lights in the bushes around the dance floor and it sparkled. Our first dance as husband and wife, my dance with my father, watching Xavier dance with his mother was all so magical! I highly recommend that anyone having a reception outdoors get a dance floor to add to the event. The day after our wedding, your team came to pick everything up only to walk into all of our guests arriving for brunch. I didn’t communicate well with our caterers to advise them the brunch will be inside (knowing that you were picking up the equipment that morning). When the caterers arrived, they immediately began setting up outside under the tent and on your tables! Your team and I were made aware at the same time & only after all the food and prep work was set up. You simply said that you will come back later to get everything. Again, you saved the day! I wish you all the luck with your business. Don’t hesitate to use us as a reference, I only have wonderful words to say about you & your team!

“OAR handled all of our chair rentals, tables, and dance floor over the pool. The set up and take down was very smooth. Although we had guests staying at an event house the whole week of the wedding, there was no interference or disruption with the rentals. If you are dreaming of the pool cover rental at your venue, DO IT! It’s pricey, but I couldn’t have imagined our wedding without it. :)”
