Delivery Basics
Delivery charges are based on ground level drop-off in the carport/driveway area that is accessible by dolly in the front of your rental home. Our Premier Service is available if you would like equipment delivered to a location other than previously specified (i.e., any location other than ground level, at the back of your rental home, etc.) We ask that this service be contracted before the time of delivery. If this service is contracted upon delivery, it will be done at the discretion of the delivery staff (dependent upon scheduling) and a credit card will be charged on site by our staff calling our showroom to process. Contact us for pricing ($50-$250 for most special needs.)
Customer is responsible for having an adult (over 18), contact person on site to accept, check, count and sign for the delivery of the order. Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items that are damaged, lost or stolen when not “received/signed for” by a contact person.
Premier vs Basic
**Basic Price is the standard rental rate (customer is responsible for setup and breakdown of equipment.)
Premier Price is for single setup and single breakdown of equipment.
Linen is not setup and additional setups/moves will incur additional charges.**
If delivery is chosen, we deliver to the ground floor, front of house/carport area for our basic service. All items must be returned to delivery location for the basic rate.

Delivery and pick up service are available for your convenience.
We deliver from 9a-7p, seven days a week.
Delivery fees depend on geographic location.

- $30 Sanderling, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Colington, Nags Head from MP 10-Whalebone Junction/Jennettes Pier (MP 16)
-$50 to Pine Island, Currituck Club, Ocean Sands, Whalehead Beach, Corolla, Ocean Hill and the Whalehead Club.
-$50 to South Nags Head (MP16-24), Pirates Cove and Manteo
-$75 to Wanchese and Manns Harbor, Currituck, Coinjock, Sligo and Barco
- $75 to Rodanthe, Salvo, and Waves
-$100 to Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras Village
- $100 to Moyock
- $150 to 4x4 areas north of Corolla per truckload
- $75 to Camden
- $75 to Elizabeth City
- $250 to Columbia
- $300 to Orcacoke, and Tidewater (VA)
This includes 1 delivery and 1 pick up. Additional visits subject to trip charges.
To avoid a delivery charge, you can arrange to pick up and return your rental equipment at our Point Harbor warehouse from 9a-5p Monday through Saturday. Our warehouse is closed on Sundays for receiving equipment.
